HOME VISIT – Officer will conduct the survey at your house

We are targeting FEMALE RESPONDENTS who are user & non user of car air freshener to participate in our Air Freshener Survey.

Date                 : 13 or 14 or 15 Sept

Time                 : 10.45am or 1.30pm or 4.15pm

Venue               : At your house

Duration            : 1.5 hours

Language          : English / Malay / Cantonese

Race                 : Malay / Chinese

Gender              : Female ONLY

Age                  : 25-64 years old

Marital status    : Single / Married

Occupation        : Working Adults / Non Working Adults

Incentive            : RM200 (cash payment to you on the spot)

IMPORTANT      : There will be audio recording, taking pictures & video cam (ONLY FOR SURVEY PURPOSE).

                        : You are required to complete a simple diary prior the Home Visit.
