We are looking for people (Malay / Chinese / Indian, Male & Female, aged 16 - 60) to participate in our Lifestyle Face To Face Survey.

Date                 : 11 or 12 or 13 or 14 or 15 November (ONLY ONE DAY)

Time                 : Open from 11am – 7pm (ONLY ONE SLOT)

Venue               : Mid Valley (will sms full add should you short-listed)

Incentive           : RM120 – RM150 (cash payment to you on the spot)
