FACE TO FACE SURVEY – officers will interview you personally during the survey.

We are targeting females who are suffering from vaginal disease e.g.: genital itching, vaginal pain, abnormal discharge & etc to participate in our Female Hygiene Care Survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese

- Female ONLY

- Aged 20 - 45 years old

- Students & Working Adults & Housewives

- Single & Married

Date / Time       : First week of Jan 2014 (will arrange with you should you short-listed)                   

Venue               : Places convenient to you or Mid Valley

Incentive           : RM150 (cash payment to you on the spot)
