We are looking for MOTHERS with KID(S) aged 1 year old – 3 years old to participate in our Milk Powder Survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese Mothers with toddler(s) age 1 – 3 years old

- Working Adults AND Housewives

- Age OPEN

- Toddler is suffering from dairy milk allergy (e.g.: diarrhea, skin rashes, wheezing, etc)

- Toddler currently taking normal milk powder or lactose free formula or soy based formula

Date / Time      

: 27 Jan, 2.30pm – 5pm, Malay & Chinese Mothers, ENGLISH SPEAKING

: 27 Jan, 7pm – 9.30pm, Chinese Mothers, CANTONESE SPEAKING (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN MANDARIN)

: 28 Jan, 7pm – 9.30pm, Malay & Chinese Mothers, ENGLISH SPEAKING

Venue               : Mid Valley (will sms you full add should you short-listed)

Incentive           : RM150 - RM180 (cash payment to you on the spot)
