HEALTH SUPPLEMENT SURVEY (CLOSED)

We are looking for mothers with at least a kid aged 6 months – 9 years old, kid(s) who currently taking or not taking any probiotics products to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malays & Chinese Mothers

- Aged 21 – 55 years old

- Must have at least a kid aged 6 months – 9 years old

- Working adults or Housewives

- English, Malay, Cantonese speaking

- Kid(s) currently taking or not taking any probiotics products

- Should you shortlisted, you are required to complete a simple diary

Incentive           : 2 hours survey plus diary, RM200 (cash payment to you on the spot)
