We are looking for Mothers Married With at least a kid aged 7 years old – 15 years old to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malays Working Mothers & Chinese Housewife Mothers

- Aged 30 – 45 years old

- Must have at least a kid aged 7 years old – 15 years old

- Malay speaking for Malay; Cantonese speaking for Chinese (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN MANDARIN)

- Currently staying in Subang Jaya / Sunway Area / Puchong / Kota Kemuning / Subang High-Tech

Date / Time       : 1 Dec, 3pm – 4.30pm, For Chinese Housewife mother

                        : 1 Dec, 12.30pm – 2pm, For Malay Working mohter

Venue               : At your house

Incentive           : 1.5 hours home visit survey / survey lawatan ke rumah RM100 (cash payment to you) plus RM200 worth
