HOME VISIT SURVEY / SURVEY LAWATAN KE RUMAH – we will conduct the survey at your house

We are looking for Malay & Chinese Mothers to participate in our Home Visit Survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese mothers aged 25 – 45 with at least a baby aged 3 months – 24 months

- Housewife ONLY

- English or Malay or Cantonese or Mandarin speaking

Date / Time       : Will call you to arrange

Venue               : at your house

Incentive           : RM400 for one day home visit, max 5 hours per visit

                        : RM650 for two days home visit, max 5 hours per visit
