BABY DIAPERS SURVEY ~ RM230 – RM250 (CLOSED)

We are looking for mothers to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese mothers aged 24 – 30 years old

- Working adults OR Housewives

- First Time & Experienced Mothers

- Baby currently using Tape Size S or Pant Size S or Pant Size M diapers

- Malay speaking for Malay mothers

- Cantonese speaking for Chinese mothers (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN CHINESE)

IMPORTANT:

- Should you short-listed, before coming for the survey:

(i) You are required to collect diapers from our office at Mid Valley before the survey

(ii) You are required to do a video recording when changing and dispose the diaper (sample given)
(iii) You are required to take photo of your current baby bed / sleep area

(iv) Full payment will only pay to you after you have completed (i) & (ii) & (ii) & attended a 2 hours survey.

Note:

- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.    

- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.     

- Your personal data will not be used for any other reasons apart for the survey.

: 28 Mac 2017, 3pm – 5pm, FOR MALAY FIRST TIME & EXPERIENCED MOTHERS, baby using pant diapers, size S

: 29 Mac 2017, 11am – 1pm, FOR MALAY FIRST TIME MOTHERS (mother with only one child), baby using pant diapers, just using size M within one month

: 29 Mac 2017, 3pm – 5pm, FOR MALAY EXPERIENCED MOTHERS (mother with more than one child), baby using pant diapers, just using size M within one month

Venue               : Mid Valley (will SMS you full address should you short-listed)

Incentive            : 2 hours; RM230 – RM250 (cash payment to you on the spot) PLUS another RM30 for the dairy
