IN-HOME VISIT SURVEY: KID MILK POWDER SURVEY ~ RM280 (CLOSED)

We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements:
- Malay mother age 25yo – 40yo

- Malay speaking

- Currently staying in Klang Valley (prefer PPR Areas: PJS, Cheras etc)

- Mother with only 2 children aged from 0-12 years old

(A) One baby age 0 – 12 Months, with another child age between 7-12YO OR

(B) One baby age 1YO – 3 YO, with another child age between 7-12YO OR

(C) One baby age 0 – 12 Months, with another child age between 7-12YO  OR

(D) One baby age 1YO – 3 YO, with another child age between 7-12YO

- Working Adults Or Housewives

- At lease SPM and above

Monthly household income/Monthly total family income RM 3,500.00 to RM5,000.00

- Non – rejecters of infant formula
- Main decision makers
- Baby currently drinking Dupro/Dugro/Dutch Lady/Lactogen/Lactogrow/Dutch Baby

Note:
