- Monthly combined total family income above RM3000

- Education level: at least Diploma

- Looking for 3 types of consumers:

(A) Non user (G1, G2, G3, G4): You do not necessarily have to be consumers of other health supplement products but they need to be health conscious users. Do not consume Chicken Essence in general

(B) Lapsers (G5, G6, G7, G8): Have consumed  Essence Chicken Essence but stop in the Past 12 Months & Non rejector of Essence Chicken

(C) Light users (G5, G6, G7, G8): Consumed Essence Chicken at least once a month
