DAIRY PRODUCT SURVEY (CLOSED)

We are looking for mothers with at least a kid aged 7 – 16 years old to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malays & Chinese Mothers

- Aged 25 – 50 years old

- Must have at least a kid aged 7 – 16 years old

- Working adults or Housewives

- Malay speaking for Malays

- Cantonese speaking for Chinese

- Should you shortlisted, you are required to complete a simple diary

: 26 Nov, 11am – 1.30pm, Malay mothers, Malay speaking

: 26 Nov, 3pm – 5.30pm, Malay mothers, Malay speaking

: 27 Nov, 11am – 1.30pm, Malay mothers, Malay speaking

: 27 Nov, 3pm – 5.30pm, Chinese mothers, Cantonese speaking

Venue               : Mid Valley (will sms you full address should you short-listed)

Incentive           : 2.5 hours survey plus diary, RM300 (cash payment to you on the spot)
