We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malay or Chinese, male or female age 40yo – 55yo

- Working adults or housewives or self-employed or retirees

- Single or Married

- Hyperuricemia AND/OR Kidney Stones AND/OR Gout sufferers currently with medication (e.g.: Ural / Clearogout / U-Lite / UTI Pure / Avoral / Urosulf etc) or home remedy or control diet
- Decision maker for managing their conditions
- Currently lives in Klang Valley only

- Malay speaking for Malay

- Cantonese speaking for Chinese (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN CHINESE)

Note:

- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.    

- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.

Venue:
