FAMILY VACATIONS SURVEY ~ RM200 – RM500 (CLOSED)

We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements for parents:
- Malaysian / Expat families or parents age 25yo – 39yo
-  Working Adult / Self Employed
- Monthly personal income RM15k and above
- With at least 1 kid between the ages of 4 - 12 years old
- Stayed in Shangri-la / Grand Hyatt / St. Regis / Mandarin Oriental / Inter Continental / Westin, etc for a family staycation in the past 1-2 years
-  FOR EXPATS: Must be staying in Malaysia >1 year

Requirements for kids:
- Local kids age 4yo – 12yo
- At least 1 parent with a minimum personal income RM15,000 and above
- Parents must have stayed in Shangri-la / Grand Hyatt / St. Regis / Mandarin Oriental / Inter Continental / Westin for a family staycation in past 1-2 years
- Concerned with water quality in their home

Note:
- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.
- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.
- Your personal data will not be used for any other reasons apart for the survey.

Venue:
- Mid Valley (will give you full address should you shortlisted)

Incentive:
- RM200 (for kids, will bank in into your account within 5-7 working days)
- RM500 (for father or mother, will bank in into your account within 5-7 working days)

G4: Saturday, 18 Jan 2020, 5.15pm – 6pm, for local kid male/female age 8yo – 12yo
