We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements:
- Malay / Chinese mother age 24yo – 40yo
- Working adults / Housewives

- Married with at least 1 kid aged 1yo – 5yo

- Kid age 1yo – 5yo currently drinks formula (e.g.: Pediasure/Enfa/Friso Gold/Similac/S26/Mamil Gold/Nestle NAN, etc)

- Education level STPM and above

- Monthly household income / Monthly total family income 8K and above

- Using MS Teams or Adobe Connect for online group face to face survey

- Only for Klang Valley residents

- MUST HAVE LAPTOP/PC/Tablet/iPad (smartphone not acceptable) with strong WIFI

Note:
- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.
- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.

G3: 5 May 2020, 11am – 12.30pm, for Chinese mother, Mandarin speaking (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN CHINESE)

G4: 5 May 2020, 3pm – 4.30pm, for Malay mother, Malay speaking
