KIDS BEVERAGE SURVEY ~ RM30 – RM100 (CLOSED)

We are looking for Malay & Chinese Primary School Children aged 8 – 12 years old to participate in our Survey.

IMPORTANT:

DEAR PARENTS, IF YOUR CHILD IS SHORT-LISTED for this survey, your child needs to find 2 close friends / relatives to come along for the survey. Each of them will get RM30 – RM100 (2 sessions) after session end. 

Requirements:

- Primary school children aged 8 – 12 years old

- Boys & Girls

- Malay speaking for Malay

- Mandarin speaking for Chinese (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN CHINESE)

- YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE 3 KIDS ALONG (1 parent / guardian will do) to the office weekdays during office hour (1/2 hour session only, by appointment) for WARM UP session before the survey date below

: 28 May, 3pm – 4.30pm, Malay Boy, aged 8 – 9 years old

: 3 June, 2.30pm – 4pm, Chinese Girl, aged 8 – 9 years old

: 3 June, 4.30pm – 6pm, Malay Girl, aged 10 – 12 years old

: 4 June, 10.30am – 12pm, Chinese Boy, aged 10 – 12 years old

: 4 June, 2.30pm – 4pm, Chinese Girl, aged 10 – 12 years old

: 4 June, 4.30pm – 6pm, Malay Boy, aged 8 – 9 years old

Venue               : KL (can reach by LRT / Monorail, will sms you full address should you short-listed)

Incentive           : RM30 – RM100 per kid
