We are looking for regular smokers to participate in our Smokers Survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese Male aged 30 – 39

- Working Adults

- Single OR Married

- Regular smokers

- English speaking

Date/Time

: 15 May, 7.30pm – 9.30pm, Malay & Chinese Male aged 30 – 39, Working Adults

Venue               : Mid Valley (will sms full address should you short-listed)

Incentive           : RM180 (cash payment to you on the spot)
