Home Visit Survey – Interviews will conducted at your house, there will be audio & video recording

We are looking for Malay Females to participate in our Shampoo Home Visit Survey.

- Malay Female ONLY
- Working Adult or Housewife
- Age 18 – 25, SINGLE
- Age 26 – 45, MARRIED
- Hijab / Tudung Wearer
- Malay Speaking

Date/Time         : 14 Mac 2014 / 10am or 2pm or 5pm
Venue               : At your house
Duration            : 2 - 3 hours
Incentive            : RM350 (cash payment to you on the spot)
: IF SHORTLISTED, you are required to test & use the NEW SHAMPOO for 2 weeks and complete a
  diary before the home visit.
