HEALTHCARE ONLINE SURVEY ~ RM292 (CLOSED)

We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malaysian

- Male or female

- Age 36yo – 65yo

- Single or married

- Working Adults / Self Employed / Retiree

- You must be Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Insulin injection

- Currently must be seeking treatment from private sector OR public sector.
- Must have been recommended insulin injections by doctor.
- Must fluent in English
- Must have laptop/ desktop & stable internet connection

- Should you shortlisted, you are required to spend 20 – 30 mins each day to complete a 10 days online survey. You must complete the daily online survey by the end of the day. Failing to do so, we will not make any payment to you. We will only make payment to those who completed all the 10 days online survey.

Note:
- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.
- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.
- Your personal data will not be used for any other reasons apart for the survey.
