We are looking for people to participate in our survey.

Requirements:
- Only for Klang Valley residents
- Malay / Chinese
- Male/Female
- Single / MARRIED adults only
- Highest education level college / university

- 2 types of surveys:

(TYPE A) ONLINE PAID SURVEY: for age 25yo – 45yo, working adults only, RM300

1. must be able to commit for 3 days (4 July 2020 & 5 July 2020 & 6 July 2020)

2. each day spend at least 45 mins to answer questions online

3. must complete online survey each day before 6pm

4. must have mobile data/wifi/both

5. must have smartphone/tablet/laptop/pc

(TYPE B) ONLINE HOME VISIT: for age 46yo – 65yo (46yo – 59yo must be working adults, age 60 – 65 can be working or retiree), RM280

1. only 1 day (6 July 2020)

2. 1 hour – 1.5 hours (to be arranged)

3. you are required to show your house area & the place where you keep your medication during the video audio call interview

4. must have wifi at home
- Malay must be able to read in Malay

- Chinese must be able to read in Chinese
- Has been suffering from 2 to 3 body pain (e.g.: back, neck, knee, joint, shoulder etc) for the past one year and currently taking oral pain killer and/or non oral treatment like oil , cream, patch etc
- Home remedies or rest or products available in pharmacies e.g.: nutmeg balm, medicated oil, heat/cold patch, cream, muscle rub, etc
- Decide & buy own medicine 
- Can consider any types of medication which available in pharmacies to treat your body pain

Note:
- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.
- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.
- Your personal data will not be used for any other reasons apart for the survey.
