We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Malay mother age 18yo – 35yo

- Must have at least a child age 0 – 6 years old

- Working adult & housewife

- Education level at least STPM

- Monthly household income/monthly total family income RM3000 – RM6000

- Baby age 0 – 6 years old currently consuming formula, e.g.:  dupro, dugro, dutch lady, ;actogen. Lactogrow, dutch baby, …

- Malay speaking

- Klang Valley residents (KVR) & Kuala Kubu Bahru (KKB) residents

Note:

G2 : 10 Aug 2020, 3pm – 5pm, for KVR mother, with a baby age 1yo – 3yo

G3 : 11 Aug 2020, 11am – 1pm, for KVR mother, with a baby age 4yo – 6yo

G4 : 11 Aug 2020, 3pm – 5pm, for KVR mother, with a baby age 1yo – 3yo

G5 : 12 Aug 2020, 11am – 1pm, for KKBR mother, with a baby age 0 – 12 months

G6 : 12 Aug 2020, 3pm – 5pm, for KKBR mother, with a baby age 1yo – 3yo
