We are looking for MALAY & CHINESE MOTHERS to participate in our Milk Powder Survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese mothers with at least a baby age 1 – 3 years old

- Working Mothers OR Housewives

- Mother age 20 - 39 years old

- Malay speaking for Malays

- Cantonese speaking for Chinese (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN MANDARIN)

Date / Time      

: 18 April, 10.30am – 1pm, Malay Mothers age 20 – 39 with at least a child age 1 – 3 years old, Malay Speaking

: 18 April, 2pm – 4.30pm, Malay Mothers age 20 – 39 with at least a child age 1 – 3 years old, Malay Speaking

: 19 April, 10am – 12.30pm, Chinese Mothers age 20 – 39 with at least a child age 1 – 3 years old, Cantonese Speaking (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN MANDARIN)

: 19 April, 1.30pm – 4pm, Malay Mothers age 20 – 39 with at least a child age 1 – 3 years old, Malay Speaking

Venue               : KL (can reach by LRT / Monorail, will sms you full address should you short-listed)

Incentive           : RM180 (cash payment to you on the spot)
