We are looking for mothers with baby age 6 months – 6 years old to participate in our Milk Powder Survey.

Requirements:

- Malay & Chinese

- Mothers age 25 - 34 with at baby age 6 months old – 6 years old

- Housewives or Working Adults

- Malay speaking for Malays

- Cantonese speaking for Chinese (MUST BE ABLE TO READ IN MANDARIN)

Date/Time

: 2 May, 11am – 1pm, Malay mothers with at least a child age 6 months – 12 months

: 2 May, 3pm – 5pm, Malay mothers with at least a child age 1 year old – 6 years old

: 2 May, 7pm – 9pm, Chinese mothers with at least a child age 6 months – 12 months

: 3 May, 11am – 1pm, Chinese mothers with at least a child age 1 year old – 6 years old

: 3 May, 3pm – 5pm, Malay mothers with at least a child age 1 year old – 6 years old

: 3 May, 7pm – 9pm, Chinese mothers with at least a child age 1 year old – 6 years old
