HEALTH CARE SURVEY ~ 40 mins; RM120 (CLOSED)

We are looking for respondents to participate in our survey.

Requirements:

- Male / Female, aged 40 – 69 years old

- MALAYSIAN

- Currently suffering from light to moderate urinary incontinence (UI)

- Users and non-users of urinary incontinence care products like napkin/pad/liner or adult diapers exclusive for UI OR users who use normal sanitary napkin/pad/liner.

Note:

- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.    

- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.     

- Your personal data will not be used for any other reasons apart for the survey.

Date/Time         : Any one day from 7 – 11 Aug 2016, time to be arrange

Venue               : One Utama or Taman Maluri or Mid Valley (will SMS you full address should you short-listed)

Incentive           : 40 mins; RM120 (cash payment to you on the spot)
